App installed
Universal Links on iOS and App Links on Android open your app directly — no browser hop — with the link’s path and parameters.
AppLinks
One link for every platform. It opens your app when it’s installed, sends people to the right store when it isn’t, and still opens the right screen after they install.
How it works
Universal Links on iOS and App Links on Android open your app directly — no browser hop — with the link’s path and parameters.
Phones go to the App Store or Play Store, or to a fallback URL you choose. Desktop visitors go to your web page.
On first open the SDK matches the install to the click and hands your app the original link, so onboarding can continue where the link pointed.
Features
$ npm install @codeonair/deeplink-react-native# App.tsxDeepLink.init("<your API key>");DeepLink.onLink((link) => {// link.path → /product/123// link.params → { coupon: "DIWALI50" }// link.isDeferred → true after a fresh install});

When someone taps a link but doesn't have your app, they go to the App Store or Play Store. After they install and open the app, the SDK delivers the original link's path and parameters, so the app can open the right screen.
On Android the Play install referrer carries the click, so the match is exact. On iOS the match uses a privacy-safe fingerprint within the link's attribution window, and can be made exact with the optional clipboard method.
Every app gets yourapp.codeonair.com. You can add more URL prefixes — extra codeonair.com subdomains or your own domains such as link.yourbrand.com — up to your plan's limit.
No. CodeOnAir builds both files from your app's settings and serves them on every URL prefix, and checks that your app is set up to match.
