Analytics questions

What does an install count mean?

Someone tapped your link without the app, installed it, and opened it — and the SDK matched that first open back to the link. On Android the Play install referrer makes it exact; on iOS a privacy-safe match within the link's attribution window.

How do campaigns work?

Give links a campaign name such as diwali-sale. The Campaigns view adds up clicks, installs and opens for every link in it, so you can compare one campaign with another.

Can I get the raw data?

Yes. Export every link, or every click with its platform, country and time, as CSV — or fetch the same stats from the REST API.

Do you store personal data?

No names or emails. IP addresses are hashed, and clicks keep only what the reports need: platform, OS version, device model, language, time zone and country.

Which plans include analytics?

Pro and Pro Plus. On Free, clicks are still recorded (deferred deep linking needs them) but the reports aren't shown.
